Fuckface says his convention speech got 107 million views, but Nielsen has it at 3.3 million across Fox News, Newsmax and NewsNation, while the NFL game that night drew 25.1 million. Even his own ratings fantasy got beaten by a football game.

How should a national commission on electoral reform be designed?
On Tuesday, the Prime Minister announced a national commission on electoral reform. In this article originally published in the Conversation UK, Alan Renwick explains that such a body should secure public involvement, not aim for a particular result and listen to the experts. He also emphasises that any change to the electoral system should be carried out with the greatest possible care.

Reminder again that the President of the United States has no idea what a trade deficit is — a concept taught in high school econ. He thinks that if the US buys $500 of goods and services from Canada, and Canada buys $400 of goods and services from the US, we have “lost” $100.
