I think the collapse of a coherent GOP policymaking apparatus has also degraded Dem policymaking. Everyone is all in on maximalist claims for whatever’s being pushed. No one on the right makes good faith critiques of Dem policy plans. The right’s policies are mostly just gimmicks. It’s not good.

Using AI to do a crime does not absolve you of criminality. AI is just a computer program. It's already illegal to use computers to do crimes. Even other people's computers. Furthermore, AI is unnecessarily unsafe; using it to "accidentally" commit a crime should add charges of criminal negligence.
