PSA: Yesterday, I was about to pay for home insurance, around 2k for the whole year. I changed my auto-payment from yearly to monthly to split the pain in 12 . When I returned to the billing main page, they offered me a full payment discount down to 1750. In spite of the savings, I'm annoyed.

A gentle reminder that all the ICE detention camps chaos and delays are designed to give GEO group more money. They are paid per detainee and per day. They are spending as little as possible to to barely keep them alive. Abolish ICE, abolish DHS, outlaw for-profit prisons and detention centers.
