To be clear, we love the French. They're Europe's Texans -- smelly, rude, racist, with inflated senses of self-worth, insisting everyone else is jealous while being mercilessly ridiculed and laughed at. Cuisine that's bound by nonsensical rules about beans and sauces. -OS
