My favorite Tim Curry detail is that through out the 80s and 90s he wore a button to conventions that read GREAT FOR TURKEYS (we used to call box office flops turkeys). He embraced the fact that he had made so many duds that would later go on to become cult films. And they're some of my favorites.

Unsolicited writing advice, no. 427: Question anything or anyone that claims to offer you the "secret" to writing success. (This goes for software, courses, etc.) Ask yourself who is behind it, and why. The world is full of people offering publishing advice. It sells.
