If I were facing adverse legal consequences in a court of law that severely frowns upon the use of genAI, I would simply not use genAI to produce documents that I then submit to the court. But that's just me.

Why do the avatars on the Meta Pervert Pendant look like characters from a 2011 Dutch children’s TV show whose title translates to “Happy Penis Man Friends and Mister BumBum”
Mark Zuckerberg announcing a lil penis guy dressed as a 2008 hipster (from the Fleet Foxes “everyone in Silverlake is pretending they like roughing it in the great outdoors now” era) by way of Michael Cera (got the outfit but couldn’t grow the beard). The penis guy lives in your cleavage and spies on everything you do.Mark Zuckerberg announcing a lil penis guy themed like Turtle from “Entourage.” The penis guy lives in your cleavage and spies on everything you do.Mark Zuckerberg introducing a lil penis guy with a short shaft and an oversized head, as an effort to make dudes with fucked up lil dicks (including many of Zuck’s friends, like Elon Musk) feel represented in his product. Zuck himself is a nevernude who has a perfectly smooth patch of skin where his genitalia should be, like a Ken doll, so he doesn’t really know what a penis is supposed to look like. Mark Zuckerberg introducing a lil happy butt guy. He is countering accusations of his VR glasses being “for perverts” with this new proposal that you should wear a lil butt guy on your chest and let it spy on everyone.

As with @ethanlandes.bsky.social, and anyone working in formal stuff, I have also been asked a lot how my work is philosophy. The most amusing time was when someone aggressively asked me “how is the liar paradox philosophy?” Im not sure what his conception of philosophy was that ruled the liar out.

Representatives for Taylor Farms called the White House to try to delay a recall tied to one of the largest foodborne illness outbreaks in U.S. history www.wsj.com/health/taylo...
Representatives for produce giant Taylor Farms contacted the White House with an urgent plea: the company wanted to delay announcing a recall tied to one of the largest foodborne illness outbreaks in U.S. history.
The call, during which the company asked for more proof and more time before being linked to the outbreak, illustrates how one of the country’s largest produce suppliers sought to limit its exposure to a public-relations nightmare, while grappling with a costly and complicated recall. Over the past several weeks, health officials have been scrambling to contain the outbreak of cyclospora, which can cause explosive diarrhea. Some current and former government officials have criticized the handling of the outbreak, both by the administration and Taylor Farms.Federal health authorities were preparing late last week to link Taylor Farms to a multistate parasitic infection that has sickened thousands. The company wanted to see more evidence, according to people familiar with the matter.
The White House asked officials from the Food and Drug Administration, which has been investigating growing cases of cyclosporiasis, to join the call with Taylor Farms, which the government maintains is the source of the multistate outbreak. During the discussion, Taylor Farms raised concerns that the government had no positive laboratory tests linking its product to the outbreak and that it was overstating the company’s culpability, according to one of the people who was on the call.
Taylor Farms sought out the White House after company executives felt they hadn’t gotten enough clarity from the FDA on the evidence behind a potential recall and the scope of it, according to a person familiar with the situation.
Health and Human Services Department spokeswoman Emily Hilliard said the FDA presented Taylor Farms with substantial evidence connecting its products to the outbreak and engaged in extensive discussions with the company.
