just FYI. This is a good paper re aliens vs robots (or LLMs). journals.publishing.umich.edu/phimp/articl... What holds for consciousness, I think, holds for intelligence as well: that the system is trained to mimic intelligence cancels the behavioral reasons to think it itself is intelligent.

Tech in sports is usually just a source of complaints (hello VAR and spider-cam), but I liked the referee view camera shots in the world cup. Gives you a nice immersive sense of what it would be like to be on the field.
