Cold War Steve excels in artistically manipulating photographs and paintings to comment on current political affairs. He first produced this image round about January 2025 in response to certain salutes made by Elon Musk. In this image a 1930s photograph of crowds lining a German street festooned with Nazi flags cheer a parade of vehicles. In the front vehicle - a Tesla - stands not Hitler, but instead Elon Musk, returning the Nazi salutes of the crowd. The remaining fleet of vehicles consists of tank-like Cybertrucks.
