Rainfall calculations
When the rainfall hit the floor, so did jaws. But my shock was more at how much surface runoff was generated so quickly.

The on-stage downpour lasted for about 40 seconds. And on the platform, it didn’t take much for dancers to be sloshing in what looked like at least a sole-depth of water. But how strong was that simulated storm?

If there was anyone I would trust to ask, it would be George Remias, our Manager of Stormwater Strategic Support who also appeared to talk about rainfall modeling on S3:E4 of our Clean Water Works Podcast.

Apparently the gate was added AFTER the school approved the design for the float, which is interesting; either they thought it wasn’t a big enough deal to seek approval for the change or they knew it was in poor taste and thusly omitted it in the proposal

Through all his troubles, neither the DOJ/FBI nor any state authorities ever subjected Donald Trump to arrest, preferring in every case to proceed by indictment and voluntary surrender. It’s notable that a sitting judge and pillar of the Milwaukee community was not extended the same courtesy.

Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week.
We believe Judge Dugan intentionally
misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest.
Thankfully our agents chased down the perp on foot and he's been in custody since, but the Judge's obstruction created increased danger to the public.
