So, um, I struggle with anxiety, to the extent that when I'm in a bad state, randomly deviating from The Path (to work or the shop or...) is too much. It's limiting and horrible. I gave myself art projects: 'go photograph garage doors and put them on the internets daily' f'rinstance. It helps (1/2)
