If GB News were a normal commercial venture, like Talk TV, it would have been binned long ago. Since September 2020, it has spewed out hateful far-right propaganda, paying high salaries to people such as Nigel Farage. Ofcom has abjectly failed to address this threat to democracy.

When I was a kid in California, Channel 5 would run a Twilight Zone marathon every July 4th. I was GLUED to the TV and looked forward to it more than fireworks. I still watch it today. The greatest television show ever made, The Twilight Zone, debuted today October 2, 1959.
