So, after 10 days, I have a working phone again. The screen died on my 1st morning in Amsterdam, having a flip phone meant that I could make calls on the small screen and answer texts, but nothing else. An adventure was had with navigating was done old school, with a map.

Cofnas is a post doc, not a professor. He is a white supremacist. The race "science" he believes in is trash: he may as well believe in a flat earth. He doesn't even believe in academic freedom. Defending flat earthism would win derision, so should defending the right to write about "race science".

Cofnas himself seems less concerned with the issue of academic freedom. In his own writings, we find numerous passages calling for the expulsion of those who disagree with him rather than engaging in rational dialogue with them. In his blog post Why We Need to Talk about the Right's Stupidity Problem, he wrote: "Our institutions are brimming with delusional-and in many cases mentally ill-true believing Red Guard thugs who were appointed to maintain the ideological status quo," adding that "we need to find legal ways to remove these people from positions of authority" because "they won't accept evidence for hereditarianism no matter what." In Beating Woke with Facts and Logic, he wrote: "Our institutions are teeming with woke fanatics who will never listen to reason and should be purged. Civil rights law has been a powerful weapon in the hands of wokesters, and we need to snatch it away from them."
