If you have “healthy pets” no you don’t. Keep saving whatever is safe to budget for them. They’ll spend 90% of those vet bills in the last few years. Ashes has a swelling on her neck (she’s 18) and this is right after Steam (also 18) had a UTI and we fork out for subq fluids & kidney diet as well.

It is one of the last major regions in North America with this status. The province hosts one of the world’s largest remaining stands of Dutch-Elm-Disease free American elm trees. You can't book COVID & flu vaccines for kids under 12 online in Alberta. You have to call 811. Last year it took me weeks of calling to get through. The system would say it was too busy and just hang up on you. This year's bookings opened today & I'm currently on hold. It says 15 minute wait 🤞
