QTing myself but whatever. This is incredibly hard to reconcile, but important from a trauma-focused perspective. Lots of us carry a sense of responsibility towards parents who caused real damage because they had limited resources, without accepting or reconciling ourselves to that harm.

I just want to share how hard it can be to be in a meeting w someone (listen to a presentation from, ask questions of a submitter who has) said vile dehumanising things abt women. You know they think you aren’t a full human; they treat you accordingly and it sucks. Sometimes w bonus scariness.

This is an ugly Trojan horse due to overbroad drafting: an amendment putatively about boy racers give power to Police to close any public place if disorder is imminent, direct people not to enter, arrest them if they try to do so or infringe them — all without any prospect of judicial supervision. 🤦🏼‍♂️
