In the presidential immunity case, the court considered a hypothetical of a president ordering Navy Seals to assassinate an American political rival. Trump's lawyer argued unambiguously yes, since it'd be an "official act." The Roberts Court ruled in his favor, 6-3. Why wouldn't Trump believe this?

I think, if Democrats ever get back into power, they have to make anti-monopoly a core policy focus (ideally, as part of a larger anti-corruption focus). This will be a very hard sell considering Ellison’s Saudi sponsorship, but a foreign-backed media monopoly is simply incompatible with democracy.

WHY would they have to work that much overtime??? Sounds like forcing/expecting employees to work OVERTIME instead of paying enough employees to cover all shifts all the time is a BAD MANAGEMENT issue, not an employee issue.

A permitting bill that accelerated O&G production by making it easier to build or expand O&G infrastructure, like the Senate draft, would accelerate O&G companies' methane pollution. I think it's important to ask how modelers model increased methane pollution, if they model it at all.
