there was even a whole protest to this stupid meta rule last year where trans men posted topless pics.... and almost all of theirs were taken down and so many got suspended for being "sexually explicit" 😒 really highlighted the misogyny and bigotry behind the rule 🤬🤬🤬

Sitting in your seat and silently tsk-tsking whilst masking it as peaceful “protest” accomplishes nothing against Fascists. MLK also revoked his stance about peace. The administration of Fascism got to this point, not because of violence, but because of peaceful complacency paving the way for them.

yes there was a rescue in Brookfield i worked with! & another up north I forget the name of! omg an iguana or monitor lizard would be so amazing to have as a friend! my big dream is to someday get enough money & land to run a reptile sanctuary for all the older buds that go unadopted at rescues 🥺

there's so many tortoise people here it's awesome!! we joined a group of old ladies w tortoises who go out to dinner every month! 🥰🐢🥰 so far we've only met Sulcata & desert tortoise friends tho, so Tyrus is still looking for a Redfooted lady tort to be his gf 🥲 someday he'll find love lol

ya a proper turtle habitat/tort table takes a LOT of work to build & can be a big investment. plus at some point ur going to need to rebuild it as ur Shell Bud grows! most ppl aren't prepared for all that work & think reptiles are just cool to look at. its good uve done ur research!

aaaa! omg I LOVE chameleons 🥰 they're so silly!! ok tbh I just love all reptiles lol. I started many yrs ago working w reptile rescues in Chicago helping rehab tree frogs, geckos, turtles, eventually ended up rescuing & rehabbing a baby gator, then Tyrus found me. it's a lifestyle 😂

we were in Chicago and now we're in the desert of Phoenix AZ. It's taken some big adjustments but Tyrus is def happier here important to note tho that Ty is a Redfooted Tort so he has much different habitat needs than a Russian & couldn't live outside in any climate that isn't tropical.
