Cyclospora Food Guide by unbiasedscipod on IG (it includes images of the items named)

Higher-risk raw (safe cooked to 158 degrees F)

Lettuce & salad greens (including bagged and pre-washed)
Safer lettuce option: whole heads with outer leaves removed - not pre-washed/bagged.

Pre-packaged vegetable trays

Raspberries & Blackberries

Basil and cilantro

Green onions

Watercress

SAFE

Frozen produce
Anything cooked to 158°F
Peeled fruits and vegetables
Cooked berries (pies, jam) instead of raw

The source of the outbreak has not yet been confirmed, but lettuce/salad greens are the leading signal (key suspect!). No brand, grower, or recall has been named. Cases are concentrated in Michigan & Ohio, but caution elsewhere is reasonable. This list reflects foods cyclospora has contaminated in past outbreaks — being a little careful with them until we know for sure what is driving this outbreak is a smart precaution.
