To be fair… I think what they are trying to say is that the hazard a hospital poses to the community is not a worry because the community is already stuffed full of disease and some non sterilising immunity… Which is not ideal.

It cannot do a good job at doing what private dialects are actually doing — building social cohesion, communicating power relations, connecting events often in non-linear and hard to categorize ways.
