I’m an #InfectiousDiseases physician who has treated patients with #measles. There is zero evidence that budesonide, clarithromycin, or cod liver oil help. Vitamin A can be used to reduce risk of eye complications. Pushing unproven treatments undermines trust in CDC and public health.
