Preparing myself to deal with a med. tech tomorrow who gets really pissed off when I won't remove my mask for him. He also gets agitated at my BP reading ("that's not good!) before taking it again, and shocker, it's higher. If it goes the way I think it will, I'll have to formally complain.

I ran myself into the ground for ~2 weeks and it was let slip to me today that a completely able-bodied sibling asked several times if they needed to come home for this and were told no. So I wasn't the only one choosing to sacrifice my health. I'll remember that.

For many of us, our online friends are our IRL friends. One is not more "real" than the other. That longstanding hierarchy only increases the feeling of being alone in the world. I've phased "IRL" out of my vocabulary when referring to people. My friends are my friends.

Today Lucas is celebrating his 15th Gotcha Day! I’m so lucky I got to spend last week with him. He’s the best nephew I could have asked for. #Caturday
