Trying not to freak out. Got an email prompt to confirm one of my medical tests for Monday but not the second one. Going to have to call the office first thing in the morning. I have to have both on the same day per the radiologist. If they messed up the scheduling I will seriously melt down 😞

Just realized today is seven months since I went to the hospital and was in septic shock and needed emergency surgery. Progress: I think my hair has finally stopped falling out and my digestive system is closer to old baseline. Still on a PPI and will likely be forever. As long as I tolerate it.

14 Nov 2020. I didn’t have the location tag set on my phone and honestly cannot recall where I took this photo. I believe this shot is from a visit to one of the surrounding area’s op shops. One never knows what unexpected treasure might be lurking. Unfortunately, the paper wreath hanging on one of the shop’s walls wasn’t for sale. This wonderful piece of craftwork is constructed entirely from sheet music and is in the form of a blooming flower (think perhaps a carnation).

Which reminds me, perhaps I should sit down and play my piano : ) This week’s #PaintbyWords prompt was a good reminder to embrace my music.

Our mail person has seemingly stopped taking outgoing mail from the bin. Two days my letter to a friend has sat there waiting when we’ve gotten incoming mail. Since I can’t drive to a post box, this is most frustrating.
