I've heard appalling shit because I'm from Louisiana but Dolly made it ok to be unapologetically from the South

My house is below 78°F for the first time in 3 weeks and it only cost us $13K (because of a long standing relationship and discounts) and two days of never leaving the house. AC is a necessity where I live and it's expensive. Without it my dogs would die. We need to make it more affordable.
