for the doofuses who wish we could go back to a time when politicians were pals, Zelenskyy and Netanyahu were at lindsey graham's funeral. they are being the change they wish to see in the world. they put aside petty grievances to honor a man who loved war and killing.

it's always a bit humiliating to give NYC subway directions to foreign tourists from places with beautiful and functional public transit like yeah man don't worry, your train will be here in 24 minutes and meanwhile you can enjoy the crumbling tiles and sweltering heat

In unusual deal, a $1.8 billion fund that could help Trump allies is created
The agreement to end the Trump family's lawsuit against the IRS grants a commission broad authority to distribute nearly $1.8 billion to those who, like the president, have claimed they have been targets of a
"weaponized" justice system.

@propublica.org built a one-of-a-kind tool so you can check where your own generic medications come from! I’ve looked up a few of my own and let’s just say the results were…illuminating. Before ProPublica did this work, it was impossible to do that. projects.propublica.org/rx-inspector/

Where Was My Generic Prescription Drug Made? - Rx Inspector - ProPublica
The FDA won’t tell Americans where their generic drugs are made, so ProPublica did it instead. Use information on your prescription label to locate the factory and see inspection reports.

Some very good news out of a Texas federal court: Alex Jones doesn't have standing to appeal a Bankruptcy court order that placed InfoWars' assets in state receivership, meaning they can be licensed or sold to us. More to come, obviously, but we're almost there.
In sum, no appellant has standing to appeal.
III. Conclusion
The court concludes that no appellant has standing to appeal the October 2025 order that
“[t]he automatic stay imposed under Section 362(a) of the Bankruptcy Code in the Jones
Bankruptcy Case does not apply to FSS or any of FSS’s asset.” (Docket Entry No. 2-30 at 2). The
court lacks jurisdiction over this appeal. The appeal is dismissed.
The motion for leave to file a corrected reply, (Docket Entry No. 37), is granted. The
motion to strike, (Docket Entry No. 38), is denied as moot.
The October 2025 order remains operative. Jones and/or Free Speech Systems may move
to stay the October 2025 order pending appeal to the Fifth Circuit by Friday, May 22, 2026.
SIGNED on May 15, 2026, at Houston, Texas.

Again this should inspire wall-to-wall media coverage for months. The crowning achievement of the Civil Rights Movement is dead. Black people just lost all of their remaining political power in the South. This is a monumental moment in American history that simply isn't being treated as such.

elon musk spends two-thirds of his time spreading racist pseudoscience and hating trans people and here is Ezra Klein in 2026 saying Musk is relentlessly focused on the only things that matter to him: EVs and going to Mars. I'm sorry but the guy's just very very dim
What I find laudable in Elon Musk, amid the many things I find not laudable in him, is the relentlessness with which he tries to achieve his goals. That guy believes in getting us to Mars and creating an electric vehicle transition and all the rest of it, and nothing else matters to him. He tries to create organizations that run through walls, and he actually does make tremendous things happen in the world.

ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.” What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldn’t remember he had a daughter.
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Alberto Castañeda Mondragón says his memory was so jumbled after a beating by immigration officers that he initially could not remember he had a daughter and still struggles to recall treasured moments like the night he taught her to dance.

But the violence he endured last month in Minnesota while being detained is seared into his battered brain.

He remembers Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents pulling him from a friend’s car on Jan. 8 outside a St. Paul shopping center and throwing him to the ground, handcuffing him, then punching him and striking his head with a steel baton. He remembers being dragged into an SUV and taken to a detention facility, where he said he was beaten again.

He also remembers the emergency room and the intense pain from eight skull fractures and five life-threatening brain hemorrhages.

One of the things about people showing up to protest for the first time, that many, many armchair theorists don't grasp, is the effect of seeing what happens with your own eyes, then seeing how media covers it, and what is said ABOUT YOU by media and political personalities/office holders.
