Fuller's have provided me with the full list of pubs that will serve the cask version of Vintage Ale '26. I'm asked not to post until early next week to give the beer a chance to settle before customers request it. Watch this space: Monday.

It takes a lot to make Jacob Rees-Mogg the voice of (relative) sanity (and not by a small margin in this case). But by gawd Tucker Carlson is up to the task. Dude's gonna be crazier than Ye ever was soon, and without the excuse of literal manic psychosis.

Google finally updated some of its satellite images of Gaza and my god, it's horrific. The entirety of Rafah has been demolished. The majority of Khan Younis is in ruins. Entire towns completely leveled and erased of the map.

Really helpful climate graphic—can't remember seeing a plot quite like this before. www.theclimatebrink.com/p/my-new-nyt...
Chart showing cumulative probabilities of passing various levels of warming (y axis) over time (x axis) on the basis of current policies. The curve for 2 degrees is sigmoid, reaching 50% at 2050 and saturating at 100% by 2100. The curve for 3 degrees lifts off zero just before 2050 and reaches 50% in 2107. By 2150 (end of the chart) it has reached 77%. 4C gets started around 2075, is <5% at 2100 and has reached 28% by 2150

The playing of stupid games continues at pace. I can’t wait to see what the prizes will be. Good ones probably.
Per the BBC: “ "More freedom handed to new arrivals than British citizens" reads the headline on the front page of the Daily Express.
Image caption,
In an exclusive for the Daily Express, leader of the Conservatives Kemi Badenoch tells the paper "more freedom [is] given to new arrivals in Britain than British citizens." She was pictured with residents of Piddington, who have voted to leave the UK in a symbolic referendum to protest the government housing migrants nearby.”

NASA picture of the day today is a real 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿beauty! This is a composite image of the ~5000yo Callanish Stones on the Isle of Lewis. The amazing Giuseppe Petricca has only gone and photographed the Sun at noon there, every few days, for a whole year. #Dedication 🔭🧪👌 ℹ️: science.nasa.gov/image-articl...
The imposing Callanish Stones stand talk with their shadows spanning out across the glass. It's a super clear sky, but looks cold. Above the central stone is a strange figure-of-8 shape of dots. This is the location of the Sun, at noon, on various different days across the year.

Caribbean drama in Seattle
There's a citrusy and garlicky mess of a pork-filled sandwich that is so well known and appreciated in Seattle that it's in the running for the official sandwich of the city. How did it get its start, and is it worthy of the title?
