When I was first stationed in Sudan we had a Rwandan battalion defending UN facilities in Khartoum. They did not come to play. Troop quality and readiness varies a LOT from one blue helmet unit to another. The Rwandans and the Gurkhas are pretty much always the ones you want when things go bad.
