The local standard in North America is
A17.1/B44. It has everything in one. The EN/ ISO versions are in the EN 81/ISO 8100... they're not as consolidated, but the
"master" ones that reference others are EN
81-20 and EN 81-50 (and their ISO
equivalents, ISO 8100-1 and ISO 8100-2), while the cabin size standard is ISO 8100-7 (but it doesn't prescribe WHEN certain sizes should be used, just what sizes should be used... "when" is left up to national building codes, but generally it's type 2 up to high-rise and then type 3 above high-rise definition, equivalent to Canada's "high building" or "tall building" or whatever you call it)
