People casually using genAI instead of their own creativity or capacity for thought genuinely feels like a huge values difference now, on a very fundamental level. We do not hold the same things to be important or worthwhile.

Quilt hanging on a card catalog. Neutral background with navy cursive appliqué “Do you hear thr people sing?” The background is embroidered in red starting light and getting bolder the lyrics to “killing in the name” the quilting effect is a focused sunburst from the center.

Have a #painting. "Doolin I" was painted some time ago when there were less buildings in the general area of the west of Ireland village, and I used to like to visit for a few pints of quiet. And also for a spot of wave-watching, which I hope my painting conveys. #SpeirGorm #ArtYear
Landscape format in acrylics on canvas. Looking across a stone bridge of maroon walls and lilac road that runs from bottom left to right edge, at a row of 6 buildings, one and two-story. They disappear as road nears left edge and bends behind itself. The first building across the bridge is single-storey and pink with a small dark door and dark window either side, with a high slate roof of dark blue with two arched windows in it. The other buildings are white with one yellow. All have slate roofs of various dark blues. Some poppies are in the foreground beside other pink, wine and grey-green vegetation. On left of bridge, grey-green fields are opposite the buildings. The sky is pink with some soft blue and white blended in. Signed top left in blue: Liam
