Making open-sourced stuff last in perpetuity, finding long-term funding models, stewardship, etc is all hard, but worthwhile when the tool serves the community (whatever community that is) Hoping to have some progress on this score regarding jsPsych in the next while btw

Incidentally, collective action against bad actors, by creating alternative services that work well, is among the most hopeful things about technology academics creating open-access alternatives to Elsevier, libraries creating local alternatives to Spotify that pay musicians fairly, vibes are good
