Got a message from my dad asking if I’m ok, cause he just read the news that there was a car driving into crowds incident in Berlin, where I currently am. I had no idea it happened as I was at fanfest all day, and so far all of my friends are fine and accounted for, thankfully.

I fear this won’t happen until all industries worldwide adopt policies to make people less disposable… This isn’t just a problem in game dev, it’s just one of the industries that has exacerbated the issue tenfold. Anything for profit, people are just numbers in a spreadsheet that bleed money...
