Professional scouts and developers can extrapolate but there's a big difference between "extrapolate based on assets" (ie. target renders, video, mood boards, prototypes) versus "extrapolate based on words". Even the developers of a game itself can't do "extrapolate based on words" very well.

Specifically, Kotick has pressured reporters to alter the way in which they refer to the now-settled 2021 California lawsuit against Activision Blizzard, as well as an investigative report published by the Wall Street Journal, which his lawyers have repeatedly described as having been "debunked".
