It's funny that for years now people have been saying that using generative AI very obviously deskills you, and people kept going no no you're wrong you Luddite And now all the genAI CEO's keep coming out in public to announce they forgot how to read and do math and can't remember their address etc

Why are we adding AI "art" to fanfics now? Surely the whole point of writing is to be able to describe and create the image for the reader through your own words????

I wish Level5 a (well deserved) going under/death. The artistry used to be the main appeal of their games (really liked the Layton games). What is left now with shitty AI taking over ? Treating real artists like shit to ship rushed games faster. Shame on the decision makers.

Amazon's own balance sheet presents the most compelling evidence that we are stuck in the Enshittocene, the era in which everything is turning into a pile of shit, because the worst ideas of the worst people now make the most money. 1/
Hieronymus Bosch's 'The Conjuror,' a painting depicting a medieval con artist playing a shell game for an audience of astonished peasant rubes. The image has been altered: the conman now has Jeff Bezos's grinning head, and the mouths of all the peasants have been replaced with inverted Amazon 'Smile' logos, so they are now frowning.

Honestly, they should get sued by the players (and parents of the players because this franchise is first aimed at kids). It’s a gross violation to be used like that… especially for this. I was kinda sad I could never play this game (don’t have 4G on my phone) but… i guess I dodged a bullet.
