If the argument is that Israel's global reputation is directly correlated to the safety of the Jewish diaspora then surely no one has a bigger responsibility to safeguard that reputation than Israel's Prime Minister. ... and he doesn't appear to give a shit.

There is no evidence that stripping refugees' rights one by one will have any impact on people crossing the channel. Taking jewellery from refugees is akin to painting over murals for refugee children. These repugnant ‘deterrents’ did not work for the Tories, and they won't work for us.

To assert the UK has taken enough action in the face of Israel's ongoing genocide in Gaza is frankly outrageous. We must impose a full arms embargo, halt all military cooperation, ban settlement goods, ramp up sanctions, and ensure an immediate ceasefire & accountability for war crimes.

SOME GRAMMATICAL VOICES FOR USE IN SCIENTIFIC WRITING

ACTIVE VOICE

Our team collected samples and then we tested them.

CLICKBAIT VOICE
e.g.
We collected some samples...
You won't believe what happened next!

PASSIVE VOICE
e.g.
Samples were collected and tested.

HAIKU VOICE
e.g.
Quiet science lab.
Workers arrive with samples.
The testing begins.

PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE VOICE

CONSPIRACY VOICE
e.g.
Mysterious "Samples" were harvested and covertly "tested" by so-called scientists.
