Richest 1% of Britons owns more wealth than the bottom 70% of the population combined. 50 richest families hold more wealth than the poorest half of the population combined. The concentration of wealth in fewer hands has not provided the necessary economic stimulus. Need redistribution.

Burnham said he would stand by the Labour 2024 manifesto. This is what the 2024 Labour manifesto says about the Pensions Triple Lock; “Labour will retain the triple lock for the state pension.” The fact that Burnham is EVEN CONSIDERING ending it tells you all you need to know about him.

Our system of state, private, and workplace pensions provide the basis for security in retirement. Labour will retain the triple lock for the state pension. We will also adopt reforms to workplace pensions to deliver better outcomes for UK savers and pensioners. Our pensions review will consider what further steps are needed to improve security in retirement, as well as to increase productive investment in the UK economy.

We're in court today challenging the anti-trans Kansas law that bans trans people from bathrooms that align with their gender on government property, invalidates driver's licenses with updated gender markers, and lets people sue anyone they suspect of violating the law for damages up to $1,000.
