when I was a kid at the end of GP appointments you’d get a little sheet of yes/no questions all the answers that were “wrong”/made the doctor come talk to you alone were the “yes” answers At one point they added a “you gay?” question and I marked “no” bc I did not want that hassle still gay.

Customer service has gotten materially worse. Web search is barely usable. Webpages have become less functional and those that still work are buckling under 100x the traffic. Basic computer functionality we've taken for granted has been trashed. Malpractice has proliferated across every industry.
