What you're seeing here is the equivalent of about 780 TWh of primary energy being saved without the global car fleet shrinking a single unit in the next 10 years. It's my best guess at what the distribution of global cars on the road will look like going forward.

I think it should be law that a pardon cannot be given unless it clearly states to the public what the recipient needs the pardon to pardon. That they must admit to the offense publicly before receiving the pardon. Make it a whole event, dragged out on a stage and all.
