As an Arsenal fan I would have to say Klopp is the biggest loser of the Man City scandal. An extra 2 titles seems certain given the 90+ points total including a treble in 21-22, Klopp would now be spoken of the way Guardiola was as the dominant force over the last decade.

The figures are welcome news for Andy Burnham and John Healey ahead of the budget in four weeks time - and mean that Rachel Reeves handed over a slightly larger economy than previously recognised. The ONS showed the economy grew by 0.5% in Q2 this year, up from the the previous estimate of 0.4%.

When the first Pensions Commission was in place, the typical pensioner had a lower income than the typical non-pensioner, but that has not been the case since 2011-12, as Figure 1 shows. And pensioners are now less likely to be in poverty than the rest of the population, and half as likely as children.

Burnham was not going to die wondering. He knew he might be delivering one of the longest suicide notes in history, but he did it anyway. Because he couldn't not do it. Better to go down remaining true to his principles than being slowly airbrushed out of history like the previous six prime ministers. Failures all. Andy was prepared to burn through all his political capital right there in Liverpool, right then. Not just for his own legacy but for a country he wanted to rebuild. It was the only way he could look himself in the mirror.
Honour his parents.
