The Phantom of Heilbronn, also referred to as the Woman Without a Face, was a presumed female serial killer whose existence was inferred from DNA evidence found at 40 crime scenes across Austria, France and Germany from 1993 to 2009.

In March 2009, investigators concluded that the supposed serial killer did not exist, and the DNA belonged to a woman who worked at a factory that made the cotton swabs used for collecting DNA samples

My neighbor told me the Middle East keeps eating his carrier groups so I asked how many carrier groups he has he said he just goes to PACOM and gets a new carrier group afterwards so I said it sounds like he's just feeding carrier groups to the Middle East and then Pete Hegseth started crying.

I chucked City's accounts into AI and graphed where the Premier League have found the owners were putting extra money in. Now look at the trend in their commercial revenue after 2018. Did the additional funding really stop then? (Would welcome any corrections to this.)

Pretty much the exact opposite of reading the room
Burnham said: "Everton was in this position a few years ago and you might remember that I fought for Everton in that situation because I still hold the view very firmly that they weren't fairly treated in that process."
Drawing a comparison between that and City's current predicament, he added: "I remember people proclaiming Everton guilty at the time and with hindsight I think more people would say that wasn't fair, the way that was handled.
"So it would be wrong of me to leap to one side given the experience that I'd had before becoming prime minister."
It is "frustrating when people rush to judgement"
Burnham said.

Manchester City cheated Premier League rules, the Commission found. Did it also cheat HMRC? We've examined the decision and leaked Mancini documents. We think City likely failed to pay £12m in tax. There should be a criminal investigation. Thread:

If there was ever an example of it being better to say nothing, then this is it. Im struggling to see the similarities with the Everton case, if only because the owners weren’t a sovereign state and he wasn’t PM www.theguardian.com/football/202...

City now fourth place at the bookies for relegation. Worth noting that this would be relegation due to a points deduction - straight up expulsion from the PL doesn’t count as a winning bet.

I get that it's a civil case, however the findings of financial ("Sham") deception isn't just a sporting breach; it borders on actual corporate fraud, no??? At what point do the authorities stop treating this like a private disagreement and start a criminal investigation?

"You will never defeat us" is a very funny thing to say after you've just bailed everyone who was involved in whatever the fuck this was
All five men arrested in RAF base plot are British nationals
The five men who were arrested and subsequently released on bail are all British citizens, home secretary Shabana Mahmood has just told the Labour party conference.

She adds that the scene is “now safe” and the residents living near to the RAF base are now able to return home.

“Let this be a reminder: you will never defeat us,” he says.
