Talking recently to family members of people snatched up and expelled to third countries by ICE, I learned: 1) All of those captured were in 287(g) jurisdictions; 2) None of the family members had known what 287(g) was and had erroneously thought people with no arrests were safe.

This is the ridiculously cool Stuðlagil (basalt canyon) in east #Iceland, taken on my first ever trip there in July 2020. The water isn't always this colour.
A very turquoise green river comes through a narrow canyon lined with upright basalt columns. Long exposure makes the ugly froth in the middle look nice and smooth.

Creating 'Good' gerrymandered districts to favor one group creates division. Creating proportional 5+member districts allows minority representation and reduces polarization. We could scratch primaries-anyone can run, & if yours doesn't win, your vote helps elect someone from their party=IRV!
