VICTORY! Earlier this morning, a U.S. District Court granted a permanent injunction requiring ICE to improve detention conditions and mitigate overcrowding at 26 Fed Plaza. Last year, the court granted a preliminary injunction but today’s ruling solidifies these rights for all future detainees.
