[rolls over, to face you] Every once in a while I'm woken up by the sound of a motorcycle and, before the full-trigger cortisol rush, it hits me: that person isn't a threat to me or anyone. They're passing through and it is GLORIOUS. So much so that I turn over and go back to sleep, in celebration.
