I'd love to sell one creature today. All my little guys are designed, hand-sewn and hand-embroidered by me. Each takes many hours to make. If you're interested in my fabric art, I'd love for you to check out my new Big Cartel shop. jeremycreature.bigcartel.com

Here's a lovely photo of a plethora of hand-sewn fabric art creatures. There's a watermelon creature with a red face, eight black seed-like eyes, and a wide mouth with five sharp teeth. There's a white ghost trinket bag covered with purple embroidered flowers. She has a gray face, sparkly black eyes and a little frown. There's a strawberry creature with three bulbous green eyes. There's a watermelon ghost, a strawberry ghost bag, and a black creature with sharp teeth. There's a white egg with yellow embroidered flowers and purple eyeshadow and purple lips. All the creatures are sitting on green fur and there's a galaxy print fabric in the background. The watermelon creature and the watermelon ghost are sitting on metal doll chairs.

Love this on fashion and sci-fi - what the director of John Wick learned working as a stunt person for 10 years on the Matrix movies www.businessinsider.com/john-wick-ke...

The education I got with the Wachowskis for 10 years of making "Matrix" movies was that everything matters. They would watch the fashion channel every day at lunch. I caught them watching it one time and asked what they were doing, and Lana was like, "Look at the dress, look at how her hips move, it changes posture," and I never forgot that lesson. You never truly bring the characters to life until they are in the wardrobe.
Keanu putting on the suit for the first time in the movie, he's becoming John Wick.

On the anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, we thought we'd answer a question that's often asked, "If they raised the Mary Rose, why not raise the Titanic?" Allow our scaled diagram to explain...

A light blue diagram depicting the sea, with the water's surface at the top, and just below it is an outline of the Mary Rose, with the depth (12m, 40ft or 6.7 fathoms). There is a line showing the seabed, which takes a rapid dive into the vertical...

Grateful for Aaron's frequent clarifications on these questions and want to add: pointing out that this sort of thing is routine is not a justification for it. It's a marker that this has long been out of hand and this does not seem like particularized action against Khalil. This is what ICE does

5. If Trump is serious about combating antisemitism, he should start by telling his buddy Elon Musk not to allow so much antisemitic speech on X. Antisemitic hate speech online spreads antisemitic ideas and leads to antisemitic acts.

4. Threatening to deport foreign students implies that antisemitism isn't a homegrown American problem. But there's a long history of antisemitism in the US, including deadly antisemitic violence, mostly perpetrated by white supremacists. Trump's EO ignores this domestic threat.

A running theme of song lyrics I can not stop thinking about? "I know you like me, and I like your taste." There is something spectacularly tragic in it, a recognition that all you're attracted to is that they want you, and you're still going with it because it's nice to be wanted.
