While that fulfills a definition of genocide it is not the only. There are 5 that the un work to with only one needing to be met to constitute genocide. You’ll note multiple of these met in Gaza and multiple met by Labour under burnham around trans people.

the group;
3. Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
4. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the
group;

One of many utterly unjust laws that Labour have implemented. This does nothing to deter boat crossings, or punish those who endanger people by overloading boats or providing no safety equipment. Macklemore says “free Palestine” and the ADL applauds him losing gigs for it. Kanye West puts out a song called “Heil Hitler” the org can’t be bothered to have an opinion on it. Instead, they insert themselves into the concert venues to do trainings on hate symbols.

In addition, the ADL has been working to put together a "best practices" guide which will include training venue workers on anti-Semitic symbols, statements and other totems. Those materials will be available to workers at both of Ye's shows.

This smacks of how in the US Democrats used threats to Roe vs Wade as a reason to raise money rather than actually codify the law when in power. Labour’s call to action is not to change the law (they have specifically ruled this out even though they’re in gov) but to ask for donations. 🫠
