My son's garage band is playing tonight. Their first gig in Seattle. He wrote the songs, and arranged them. This isn't Jazz. He was a rock drummer first, and still loves punk, grunge, rock music. The band has no name yet. They only have 5 songs and been together for a month. Give it a listen.

Obviously I adore the promise of actual intercity trains in Aotearoa, instead of the few tourist trains we have now. But I think we also really need to push for higher levels of (electrified) intercity rail freight too, and not forget such in our (correct) love for passenger rail.
