This law would mean that if my wife and I choose to leave the apartment we've shared since 2018, the minimum we can pay in rent is double what we pay now - and we're a university employee and a publicist... Running on killing the middle class of a city in an affordability crisis is a weird angle.

There is no time like the present to show the benefits of #congestionpricing. Best way is more frequency -a good way is to construct bus shelters w/shade & benches. This busy bus stop on Broadway in Qns is unbearably hot w/no shade & vents even hotter air from the subway below.
