I think this is extortion — UPS says I have to PAY THEM TO DELIVER A PACKAGE or they will send the package back. I can’t even ask to pick it up from a local UPS store. I HAVE SUBSCRIBE to for that feature. Do I really have to cancel my Monday plans?
