So, the POTS is doing better, with the addition of sodium, a heartrate/blood pressure tracker, and compression. That at least lets me be mobile enough to gradually start improving my overall condition. Baby steps, because I've been mostly horizonal since March.

So apparently I've always had EDS (I thought I was just normal amounts of bendy) and now POTS has joined the party. Fighting with my state for unemployment, trying to get a treatment plan together, not really enjoying life in horizontal mode? But managing. Ish.
