Dolly Parton writing “I will always love you“ and “Jolene“ in the same day is mind blowing.

It’s like if da Vinci finished the Mona Lisa then turned around in the same day and wrote “Jolene“

Online Now: Mechanism of MEK1 phosphorylation by the N-terminal acidic motif-mediated asymmetric BRAF dimer Online now:

Mechanism of MEK1 phosphorylation by the N-terminal acidic motif-mediated asymmetric BRAF dimer
Kondo, Notbohm, et al. show that the BRAF N-terminal acidic motif engages the dimeric interface to drive an asymmetric arrangement in which only one protomer adopts a canonical active kinase conformation. Captured MEK1 Ser222 phosphorylation and mutational analysis corroborate that this motif is required for full BRAF kinase activity.

What matters most for childhood brain organization? We analyzed 649 variables. The answer: Socioeconomics (SES); with brain patterns pointing at sleep & stress as drivers. Even brain-IQ associations were better explained by SES. In Science today: www.science.org/doi/10.1126/...

Let’s be clear about something: COVID-19 vaccines saved millions of lives. It is deeply cynical, corrupt, and frankly immoral to fearmonger about them. The biggest scandal of my lifetime is the right-wing war on public health because pandemic control efforts cut into corporate quarterly profits.
Sen. Ron Johnson says:

This is the biggest government scandal of my lifetime, and the legacy media refuses to cover it.
The FDA knew that COVID injections were causing severe adverse events, including sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, and Bell's palsy.
Americans had the Right to Know, and those affected deserve justice.
