And I say that because obviously he's done things far more serious in terms of poisoning the discourse, and the place is a cesspool for racism and misogyny and misinformation, but it's also just, like, a terrible fucking hang. Everyone either seems miserable or is determined to make other people miserable.

I don't have much personal attachment to Ocarina but it still feels wholly nostalgic to me as THE video game of its era for a really long time. Growing up as a Gamecube kid, every game on every console of that gen feels like it was all in Ocarina's shadow. I think the remake looks cool, honestly!

The Departed. I find it to be really choppy and blunt and it never impresses me like Scorsese's best. Also not helped by my first watching experience being directly after Goodfellas--a much better movie. If Mark Wahlberg is giving the best performance in your movie, I think that is a problem

The Sony physical game cancellation is such a dumb decision, even coming from someone who is mostly digital, because why would you not at the very least commit to printing limited copies of games for people who do want the physical ones? You can even ship them later if it's a timing issue?

Also just realized the way to fix this--start the presentation with the Xenoblade Gensis trailer, no intro, then have Koizumi intro the Trilogy Switch 2 editions, THEN you basically do the direct as normal and try not to be awkward. Wouldn't solve all of it but would have started it off with a bang
