I’ve spent most of my pro time in sound editorial with occasional forays into pix. Been editing pix from a podcast interview I recorded as it grew into needing its visuals Had no idea editing pix in Resolve would be so SOOTHING. I’m editing pix, listening to the rain and just humming along. 🥰

This is from a 1950s coloring book about the three little kittens who lost their mittens. I love the addition of this fabulous Auntie Katie character.

A simple illustration of bold black lines on white paper of a longhaired cat on a fancy tasseled pillow, wearing a beaded bracelet on one foreleg, a necklace with heart pendant, and ferronnière (like a necklace that is draped across the forehead). Text at the bottom reads “The Three Little Kittens’ Auntie Katie”.

In Japan, festivals to celebrate the appearance of sakura (cherry blossoms) occur in spring and are known as hanami. Sakura were a favourite subject of Japanese woodblock prints so I thought I'd put together a virtual hanami (flower viewing) thread for #FolkyFriday today. Please enjoy. 1/5
