I grew up watching the 4Kids dub of Pokémon since it originally aired on Kids WB up until 3/4 the way through the 5th season. 4Kids poured their hearts and soul into the dub —and it shows, but rewatching the series again even 5 seasons in there are numerous dub errors like every other episode.

I just finished watching Pokémon Season 5, Episode 53: “Address, Unown!” and geez, it’s the most serious the series has gotten regarding Pokémon abuse and the aftereffects of it as of yet. I won’t spoil it, but Damian’s visible poor treatment of Charmander doesn’t hold a candle at all.

A couple went on a Fox News podcast and claimed the state of #Massachusetts took away their teen because they won't help the teen transition. But it's actually because the father was charged with beating and threatening to kill the teen and the mother was charged with witness intimidation.
